We want you to love your merino wool garments for years to come. If your order isn't quite right, we offer free returns and exchanges for all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Exchange or Refund

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; you will receive a notification and your refund once our warehouse processes the return.
